Arya-Mithra Tradition

The Mithra-Aeen or Arya-Mithra tradition is an ancient shamanic and magical tradition originating from Central Asia and Eurasia. It promotes freedom from conditioning and encourages personal exploration of truth. Despite being nearly forgotten due to historical events, it has influenced various philosophical, religious, and mystical paths. The tradition is centered around the four pillars of Freedom, Joy, Compassion, and living in the present. The central deities of this tradition are Mithra, associated with love and truth, and Anahita, the revered mother deity of fertility and water. Another significant deity is Spandarmaz, representing Holy Virtue and the harmony between humans and nature.

About Tara (Sara)

I am an individual deeply connected to the mystical, shamanic, and healing realms. Throughout my life, I have dedicated myself to both seeking and serving knowledge. Along my journey, I have come to understand that the ultimate truth cannot be confined to any specific spiritual, religious, or philosophical system. It is not a concept that can be grasped through the transmission of dogma or the adherence to religious doctrines.

For the magicians and shamans of Central Asia, the ultimate truth is something to be experienced firsthand. It is a profound and personal journey that can be embarked upon through various avenues such as shamanism, alchemy, magic, meditation, or yoga, among others. Each individual has the freedom to choose the path that resonates with them the most.

As a guide on the path to knowledge, I offer simple yet essential teachings. I aim to assist others in rediscovering themselves through direct experience. By connecting with their higher selves and aligning with the divine, individuals can awaken their inner vitality, becoming alive, vibrant, and whole. Through this process, profound transformation and growth can be achieved.
